Where the money comes from, in plain language
This is an independent review site, and we run it on affiliate commissions. When you click a "play for real money" button and later register or deposit at a gambling operator, that operator may pay us a referral fee. You never pay more because of it. The price, the bonus and the terms you get are exactly the same as if you had typed the operator's address into your browser yourself.
We think you deserve to know that up front, so here it is in plain language.
What the affiliate links are
Every outbound "real money" link on this site points at a single tracked redirect on our own domain (a bare /go/ address). That redirect logs the click and forwards you to the operator. We do not scatter named-casino links through the articles, and we do not stack offer cards. If a link earns us money, it is one of these /go/ buttons, and nothing else on the page is a paid placement.
Money does not buy a rating
- Our scores come from testing the game and reading the paytable, not from commercial deals. An operator cannot pay to raise a number.
- We flag real downsides even on games and brands we earn from. If the maths is thin or the volatility is brutal, we say so.
- We do not accept payment to remove or soften criticism, and we do not let a commercial partner review our copy before it goes live.
- When we quote an external score, we present it unnamed and clearly separate from our own view.
Could a commission create a bias anyway? It could, and that is exactly why we keep the editorial team and the commercial side apart. The writers do not get told which operators pay best, so there is nothing to tilt toward.
